We believe in training the leaders of leaders.

A vital part of each Live School is its facilitator, someone trained specifically to oversee the day-to-day running of the School and facilitate the workshops among the students.

These are men and women who have a lasting passion and vision to see others trained and involved in missions, as well as be leaders in the Kingdom. Each Live School facilitator is handpicked and appointed by the local church in the area where the School is to be run.

The Training of Trainers course requires participation in four 1-week training sessions during which a keen biblical understanding of the Great Commission is focal. During this time, the Live School administration staff takes time to encourage and plant the vision of empowering others for kingdom work.
After the initial course, facilitators are in constant contact with Live School administration staff via email and telephone, as well as under their direct supervision during regular oversight visits to each school.
